Respectful Communication
As we start the new year, this is a good time to review the communication process when a parent or community member has a question or concern. Following these four steps will help resolve issues respectfully:
- Please communicate your concern directly with the individual closest to the situation (teacher, bus driver, coach, etc.)
- If your concern is not resolved in step 1, please communicate your concern to the individuals supervisor (principal, activities director, transportation director, etc.)
- If your concern is not resolved in step 2, please communicate your concern to the superintendent
- If your concern is not resolved in step 3, please communicate your concern to the school board president
